We make our Italian Pizzas to a generations old family recipe using the finest ingredients. Everything is freshly prepared from the dough, garlic olive oil, the tomato and herb sauce, to the Salsiccia.
"What is Salsiccia?" I hear you ask. It is minced pork marinated in red wine and chilli. It can be found on four of our Pizzas, the most popular being the Boscaiola translated "The woodsman" due to the mushrooms that he may find in the forest along with the pig for making his Ham, Salami and Salsiccia! With a drizzle of garlic olive oil and a sprinkle of oregano this Pizza is not one to be missed.
You will be pleased to know our mushrooms and pork come from the local grocer and butcher not the forest, we are authentic but not that authentic!
